Site work for a water / sewer project in Post Falls, Idaho. Conceptual plans call for site work for a one-story above grade water / sewer project.
The City of Post Falls is requesting Statements of Qualifications from experienced and qualified Construction Manager/General Contractors to provide pre-construction and construction services for improvements to the Water Reclamation Facility Solids Handling Facilities. Respondents must meet Idaho Law Title 54, Chapter 45, requiring an Idaho licensed Construction Manager and a Principal or full-time employee with a valid public works contractor license as a General Contractor. Proposals will be evaluated based on qualifications, and a recommendation committee will rank the submittals. The most qualified candidates may be shortlisted for interviews, after which the City staff will negotiate a contract for the work. The City reserves the right not to select any firm, to accept or reject any submittals, or to cancel the request at its discretion. Submittals from minority, women, and disadvantaged business enterprises are encouraged.
