Competitive sealed bids will be received electronically through DemandStar by the City of Largo Office of Performance and Budget, located at Largo City Hall, 201 Highland Ave., Largo, Florida 33770 Due to the aging condition and escalating maintenance requirements of the City of Largo's palletization facility, the City intends to decommission the dryer and transition to a contract-based biosolids management program. This Invitation to Bid (ITB) seeks a qualified contractor to provide complete biosolids dewatering and hauling services. Said bids should conform to the minimum requirements outlined in the Invitation to Bid (ITB). The City reserves the right to reject any and all offers and to waive minor informalities Any questions regarding any portion of this ITB shall be directed to Mecca Serfustini, Contracts and Procurement Manager, at mserfustini@largo.com and MUST contain the solicitation number in the email subject line. Deadline for questions is end of business September 26, 2025. Questions will be answered via Addendum that can be accessed from online ALL PROSPECTIVE BIDDERS/RESPONDENTS ARE HEREBY CAUTIONED NOT TO CONTACT ANY MEMBER OF THE CITY STAFF OR OFFICIALS OTHER THAN THE SPECIFIED CONTACT PERSON.
