The scope of services and work for each individual abatement project will be determined by the City at the time of need. The City will award to multiple vendors by written notice to the two lowest responsible and responsive Vendors. The City will award a primary and a secondary. The City intends to award either the primary or secondary award to a City of St. Petersburg Certified SBE, upon availability.
