**As of November 21, 2025, the project was awarded to Lynmark Construction, with an awarded amount of $243,611.68** Located at 3290 S.R. 580 Safety Harbor, FL 34695, the NE WRF Clarifier Splitter Box Rehab project Scope is splitter boxes rehabilitation and slide gate replacements as well as repairs of concrete cracks and coating of channels to clarifiers. It also includes the addition of stairs. Pre-Qualification Category: Wastewater Treatment Facilities Pre-Qualification and Question Submission Deadline: October 1, 2025, 5:00pm o Clean Project site, yard, and grounds, in areas disturbed by construction activities, including landscape development areas, of rubbish, waste material, litter, and other foreign substances. o Sweep paved areas broom clean. Remove petrochemical spills, stains, and other foreign deposits. o Rake grounds that are not planted, mulched, or paved to a smooth, even-textured surface. o Remove tools, construction equipment, machinery, and surplus material from Project site. o Clean exposed exterior and interior hard-surfaced finishes to a dirt- free condition, free of stains, films, and similar foreign substances. Avoid disturbing natural weathering of exterior surfaces. Restore reflective surfaces to their original condition. o Remove labels that are not permanent. o Revise subparagraphs below to suit Project. Check for conflict or duplication with provisions in other Sections. o Wipe surfaces of mechanical and electrical equipment and similar equipment. Remove excess lubrication, paint and mortar droppings, and other foreign substances. o Leave Project clean and ready for occupancy. GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF WORK. The Work to be performed under these Contract Documents is generally described as follows: Demolition and replacement of eight (8) slide gates located in the splitter boxes as indicated on drawings. Demolition and replacement of access stairway as indicated on drawings. Repair of damaged concrete on channel walls as indicated on drawings. Repair of cracks on channel walls as indicated on drawings. Apply sealant between metal splash plates and channel walls as indicated on drawings. Contractor shall only take equipment or a process offline or put back online when City has the most staff available in case issues arise. This shall occur only on Monday through Thursday.
