Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Clinton Township, Michigan. Conceptual plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.

Purchase Type One Time Only- Delivery Date:09/30/2025 The Clinton Township Downtown Development Authority (CTDDA) is requesting qualifications from planning/architectural consultants to provide services to develop a comprehensive plan based upon and funded by a SEMCOG PAP Grant that will provide the DDA with a basis to implement specific projects to enhance the DDA area. The selected consultant will be required to provide professional and technical assistance to the DDA, including coordinating the public planning process, developing an improvements plan, preparing conceptual designs and cost estimates for projects in order to position the DDA to move into the implementation phase as funds permit.
