Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in River Falls, Wisconsin. Conceptual plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.
Solicitation Id: NW-04 The pavement needs to be replaced Rehabilitation to replace the pavement of approximately 5.77 miles of STH 29 from USH 63 to CTH CC in the Town of Gilman in Pierce County. The roadway will receive a 3" pre-mill, 8" stabilized base reclamation with asphalt stabilizing agent, and a 4.5" HMA overlay. Additional improvements include gravel shouldering, beam guard replacement, curb & gutter replacement, culvert replacement, culvert lining, clearing, culvert cleaning, joint replacement on B-47-0369, clean and paint bearings and girder ends on B-47-0369, concrete surface repair of the abutments on B-47-0369, and pavement marking. Anticipated to be constructed under full detour for pulverizing and lower HMA layer operations. Bridge work to be constructed half at a time using temporary signals.
