The proposed work includes the following major items: Shop drawings and NJPE signed and sealed plans & calculations for permits Design of one 50'x130' Public Works Vehicle Storage Building to be erected by OWNER Delivery and unloading of all MATERIALS including appurtenances No labor or equipment for erection material delivery only Attendance at two project meetings on-site with Owner's Erection Crew Document Note: Alternatively, specifications can be sent via FedEx, or other courier, for an additional $25.00 to cover shipping and handling. No refund shall be made for the return of such documents. Each proposal bid must be accompanied by a bid bond or certified check for not less than ten percent (10%) of the amount of the bid, of which, the amount of the bond or certified check need not exceed $20,000, made payable to the TOWNSHIP OF MONROE. All blank spaces in the proposal, except as otherwise noted, must be filled in; and no change shall be made in the phraseology of the proposals or of the item mentioned. All information that may be requested of the bidder in these specifications shall be included with this proposal. All erasures, interpolations, or other physical changes on the bid form shall be initialed or signed by the bidder. The OWNER reserves the right to reject any and/ or all bids, to waive any informalities, or to accept the bid, which in its judgment, best serves the interest of the OWNER.
