Renovation of a mixed-use development in Monroe Township, New Jersey. Completed plans call for the renovation of a one-story above grade educational facility; and one-story above grade educational facility.

The scope of work includes: - HVAC upgrades at Monroe Township Middle School (ECM-2B, 2E, 2F) - 1629 Perrineville Road, Monroe Township, NJ 08831 - Installation of CHP system at Monroe Township High School (ECM-5) - 200 Schoolhouse Road, Monroe Township, NJ 08831 Bids must be from contractors capable of performing both audit/design and construction work. Bids must be sealed, clearly marked with the bidders name, address, and the relevant project ECM, and submitted using the provided bid forms. No bids will be accepted by facsimile or electronic transmission. Bidders are responsible for ensuring timely delivery of their proposals. Only bids received from Prime Contractors for an all-inclusive price covering all trades will be considered. Bidders must be pre-qualified by the New Jersey Department of Treasury, Division of Property Management and Construction, for the disciplines of HVACR (C032) for ECM-2B, 2E, 2F and Plumbing (C030) for ECM-5. Required documents include NJ Business Registration, DPMC Certificate of Prequalification/Classification for all contractors and major subcontractors, Affidavit on Total Amount of Uncompleted Contracts, and evidence of registration with NJ Department of Labor for Public Works Contractor Registration Act. No modifications to bidding instructions or specifications will be permitted, and bids proposing substitutions or modifications will be rejected. Compliance with all relevant New Jersey statutes and regulations is required. The deadline for submitting questions to the Engineer is Tuesday, November 25, 2025, at 5:00 PM. Addendum shall be released to all registered Bidders and maybe obtained directly from the office of the Engineer on Tuesday, December 2, 2025, by 5:00PM.
