The scope of work includes: - HVAC upgrades at Monroe Township Middle School (ECM-2B, 2E, 2F) - 1629 Perrineville Road, Monroe Township, NJ 08831 - Installation of CHP system at Monroe Township High School (ECM-5) - 200 Schoolhouse Road, Monroe Township, NJ 08831 Bids must be from contractors capable of performing both audit/design and construction work. Bids must be sealed, clearly marked with the bidders name, address, and the relevant project ECM, and submitted using the provided bid forms. No bids will be accepted by facsimile or electronic transmission. Bidders are responsible for ensuring timely delivery of their proposals. Only bids received from Prime Contractors for an all-inclusive price covering all trades will be considered. Bidders must be pre-qualified by the New Jersey Department of Treasury, Division of Property Management and Construction, for the disciplines of HVACR (C032) for ECM-2B, 2E, 2F and Plumbing (C030) for ECM-5.
