Site work and paving for a road / highway in Monroe Township, New Jersey. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.

Patch Paving and Concrete Repair Each proposal must be accompanied by bid security in the form of a Certified Check, Cashier's Check or Bid Bond, at the Bidder's discretion, in the amount of $500 payable to the Township of Monroe, New Jersey. The Township reserves the right to reject any or all Bids, to waive any informality, or to accept the bid that, in its judgment, best serves the interestof the Township. Scope The Monroe Township Utility Department (M.T.U.D.) and the Township of Monroe, at times, require the services of a contractor to perform patch paving and concrete Repair which are not covered by other contracts, or cannot be performed by the Township DPW. The Monroe Township Utility Department is interested in receiving bids for the provision of those paving and concrete services that includes, but is not limited too the following: SECTION A (as needed) o Asphalt o Patch paving of various sized roadway areas disturbed by the M.T.U.D. in its repair and/or servicing of its infrastructure. o Repair of new asphalt driveways. o Installation of topcoat/overlay on existing driveway surfaces. o Concrete o Concrete sidewalk replacement/installation o Concrete curbing replacement/installation (both standard and monolithic curbing and gutter) o Miscellaneous concrete slabs, etc. The successful contractor shall furnish all labor, tools, equipment, transportations, materials and all necessary appurtenances to perform the above work. The successful contractor shall supply skilled personnel in such a manner and at such times and at such locations as designated by the M.T.U.D. Purchasing Agent, Water and Wastewater Superintendents, or their designees. No Oral interpretation and or clarification of the meaning of the specifications for any goods and services will be made to any bidder. Such request shall be in writing, addressed to the OWNER'S representative stipulated in the specification. In order to be given consideration, written requests for interpretation must be received at least seven (7) business days prior to the date fixed for the opening of bids for goods and services.
