A timeline for the award has not yet been established.** Reference Number 0000397551 Alamosa County Mosca Wastewater Treatment Facility Building Addition Alamosa County ("Owner" or "County") owns and operates the Mosca Wastewater Treatment Facility and desires to construct an addition to the current facility building. This building addition will include mechanical, electric, and plumbing to support sanitation facilities that connect with the on-site waste processing plant. Alamosa County invites proposals from interested construction businesses to fill the role of Construction Manager/General Contractor ("CM/GC" or "Contractor") for the project. The County intends to secure the services of a CM/GC that will provide comprehensive preconstruction and construction services in order to complete the project. The County reserves the right to select the CM/GC that it deems to be in its best interest and to reject any and all proposals. Information concerning the proposed Project and this request can be found in the following Sections. The Project will involve construction of a light-frame addition of approximately three hundred fifty-two square feet to the existing facility building. This addition will include storage for wastewater process chemicals, a utility sink/lab area with emergency shower, and an ADA accessible bathroom.
