Reference Number 0000397646 Question Deadline 09/23/2025 at 4:00 PM PT Questions are submitted online No, Direct questions regarding this Project to the Purchasing Department by email: purchasing@visalia.city, The City of Visalia is soliciting bids for the Cameron Creek Linear Recharge Project per specifications of RFB-25-26-06. This public works project is subject to payment of state prevailing wages, registration with the Department of Industrial Relations (DIR), monitoring by the Labor Commissioner and other requirements outlined in the City of Visalia Labor Compliance Manual. Bid Intent Not Available Time of Completion: 90 Working Days as Specified in Section 60-4 of the Specifications. All bids are to be compared on the basis of the Engineer's estimate of the quantities of work to be done as shown in the bid proposal form. No bid will be accepted from a Contractor who has not been licensed in accordance with provisions of Chapter 9 of Division 3 of the State of California Business and Professions Code. This project requires the Contractor to have a Class A license. All Contractors and/or subcontractors shall be required to obtain a City of Visalia Business Tax Certificate. No payment will be made to any Contractor until such license is obtained.
