The work to be done consists, in general, of road surface improvements. Other items or details not mentioned herein that are required by the plans, Standard Specifications or these Special Provisions must be performed, constructed, furnished or installed. Bidders may visit the project site. This project is off of the Federal Highway System. The Project is to be completed within thirty (30) working days from the date to be established in the NOTICE TO PROCEED The Contract includes provisions for Liquidated Damages if the Project is not timely completed. No questions will be accepted within five (5) working days of the bid opening (Questions must be received by 2:00 pm on Thursday October 2, 2025).
