Sealed bids are requested for the Tulare Avenue Rehabilitation Project, between Roeben and Demaree. This public works project is supported by Federal and State Grants and is subject to Federal and State requirements, including payment of prevailing wages, DIR registration, and other requirements listed in the specifications and the labor compliance manual. For specifications and bid documents, instructions are provided to contact the Visalia Purchasing Department by phone or email, with documents also available at builders' exchanges. The City ensures that Minority Business Enterprises and Disadvantaged Business Enterprises will have the opportunity to submit proposals and that there will be no discrimination against any individuals or entities submitting bids or proposals.
