Division 7 McLeansville Equipment Shop - Roof Replacement The prevalence of defects requiring repairs combined with the weathering attributes preventing effective repairs leads to recommendation that this roof be scheduled for replacement as soon as planning allows. Leaking past the EPDM layer is clearly occurring and is either being caught by the remaining integrity of the underlying BUR or being absorbed by the wood decking and insulation. Removal down to the structural deck and new board insulation, coverboard, and 2-ply modified bitumen membrane. The gutters and downspouts need to replace in the course of reroofing. Allowance for minor repairs to the terracotta coping covers at each end wall parapet. Asset building number 041-002-027. Located in Guilford County.
