The Work of Project is defined by the Contract Documents and includes, but is not limited to, the following 1. Lighting and Sound Equipment upgrades to (4) existing light towers and other Work indicated in the Contract Documents. B. Type of Contract 1. Project will be constructed under a single prime contract. The Project consists generally of the following major items Lighting and sound equipment upgrades to (4) existing light towers. Bid Security in the amount of five percent (5%) of the Bid must accompany each Bid and shall be subject to the conditions provided in the Instruction to Bidders. The Owner/City Council reserves the right to waive any informality or to reject any or all Bids. Unless all Bids are rejected, Award will be made to the lowest responsible and responsive Bidder, taking into consideration quality, performance and thetime specified in the Bid Form for the performance of the Contract.
