South Ogden Conservation District is requesting bids for South Ogden Metering Project East 36th to 30th The project consists of the installation of 613 secondary irrigation meters. This project is subject to the Davis-Bacon Act (40 U.S.C. 3141 3148) and other applicable federal labor standards. All contractors and subcontractors shall pay laborers and mechanics not less than the prevailing wage rates and fringe benefits listed in the U.S. Department of Labor Wage Determination applicable to this project. Applicable Wage Determination: UT20250095 Heavy Construction Weber County, Utah (Revised January 2, 2025), or any subsequent modification in effect prior to contract award. All bidders must be registered and active in the System for Award Management at the time of award. Proof of registration will be required as a condition of contract execution. Contractors that are suspended, debarred, or otherwise ineligible will not be considered for award. The Owner reserves the right to waive any informality or to reject any or all bids.
