Auditorium A/V Panel and Electrical Outlet Installation The Owneris seeking bids forthe installation of one main AV panel, numerous smaller AV panels and electrical receptacles. All of the necessary connections at the panels and receptacles are outlined below. Provide itemized costs for applicable work and supplies and a timeline of when the work can be completed. The City of Ames is accepting bids from qualified contractors for the installation of A/V panels and electrical outlets in the Ames City Hall Auditorium for the Parks and Recreation Department. Question Deadline 09/19/2025 at 5:00 PM CT The City of Ames reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive informalities, and to make such awards as it shall deem to be in the best interest of the City.
