Site work for a water / sewer project in Fremont, Nebraska. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The work is generally described as follows: Wastewater lagoon rehabilitation including placing fill dirt for slope rehabilitation, berm repairs, installation of additional riprap, and replacement of piping and control valves. Opinion of Probable Cost $532,000 Doc.Note- Copies of the contract documents are on file with Saunders County SID No. 8 for examination by bidders. Complete digital project bidding documents are available at JEO's website at jeo.com for $30. An optional paper set of project documents is available for a non-refundable price of $100 per set. In order to bid the project, the contract documents must be issued directly by JEO Consulting Group, Inc. or QuestCDN to the bidder. The Work will be substantially complete on or before May 30, 2026 ; Final completion-June 30,2026. Question Deadline 09/16/2025 Bidder shall submit all questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents to Engineer in writing. Questions received less than seven days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered. Only responses set forth in an Addendum will be binding.
