Site work for a civil project in Fremont, Nebraska. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The project consists of the vegetation removal, earthen embankment grading, and other incidental items necessary to improve the existing North Bend Drainage Ditch embankment. certified check or bidder's bond in an amount of not less than five percent of the amount bid. The check or bond shall be made payable to the North Bend Drainage District as security that the bidder to whom the award is made will enter into a contract to complete the rehab project and furnish the required bonds. Bids will be publicly opened and read at the District's office at that timeand place. No bid shall be withdrawn after opening bids without consent of the North Bend Drainage District for a period of 45 days after the scheduled time for closing bids. The District reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any informalities in the bidding. Question Deadline 11/05/2025: Each Bidder shall examine the Bidding Documents carefully and, not later than seven (7) days prior to the date for receipt of Bids, make written request to Engineer for interpretation or corrections of any ambiguity.
