Engineer's Estimate: $735,225.00 Deadling for Questions: Wednesday, September 10, 2025, by 2pm and submit to Bids@snopud.com Responses to Questions Posted: On or before Friday, September 12, 2025, by 4pm Project Description: Provide all labor, equipment, tools, material and incidentals necessary for the installation of approximately 1,910 linear feet of eight-inch ductile iron water main and associated fittings, three new fire hydrant assemblies and appurtenances and one new water quality sampling station. The project also includes installation of 38 water services asphalt trench patching, asphalt restoration overlay, driveway removal and in-kind restoration, roadway striping, erosion control and landscape/surface restoration. The primary purpose of the proposed project is to replace aging water system infrastructure. Construction shall be performed while maintaining service to the existing water system. The location of the work will be accessed via Machias Cutoff, with entry points along 18th St. SE, 19th Pl. SE and 126th Dr. SE, near Lake Stevens, in Snohomish County, Washington. All requests for clarification or additional information regarding this ITB must be submitted to the District via e-mail to bids@snopud.com.
