The Project includes but is not limited to the construction of approximately 7,070 linear feet of gravity sewer ranging from eighteen (18) to seventy-eight (78) inches in diameter installed using a combination of open-cut and trenchless construction methods. Additionally, improvements to the North Side Interceptor include CSO 016 modifications, relocating CSO 022, and modifications to the CSO 014 and CSO 018 diversion structures. The Project also includes 2,990 linear feet of existing North Side Interceptor cleaning. Question Deadline 09/24/2025 Bidder shall submit all questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents to Engineer in writing via Online. Questions received less than seven days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered. Prospective Bidders may examine the Bidding Documents at the Issuing Office on Mondays through Fridays between the hours of 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., and may obtain copies of the Bidding Documents from the Issuing Office as described below. Prospective Bidders may also examine the drawings via the Web-based service of Commonwealth Engineers, Inc. Bidding Documents also may be examined at the office of the Kokomo City Hall, 100 S.
