for the following: PROJECT NAME: FARIS CENTER STORM SEWER EXTENSION PROJECT DESCRIPTION: Located near the intersection of Morgan Street and Cooper Street, the project includes storm pipe and structures within the right of way of Morgan Street and Faris Way Each bid shall be submitted on a BOW Approved Bid Form, a copy which may be obtained at the Board of Works' Office and a Financial Statement. The BOW reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids and to waive any irregularities in submitting a bid, whichever is in the best interest of the City of Kokomo. The Contractor to whom the work is awarded will be required to furnish a Performance Bond in an amount equal to the contract amount before commencing work.
