Sealed bids are invited from experienced and eligible contractors for roofing and roof related work at various locations. The bid proposal must include all labor, materials, and services necessary to complete the project in accordance with the prepared drawings and specifications. Bids must be received by a single prime contractor and include a bid deposit of 5% of the total bid. Bids are to be submitted in a sealed envelope with the bidder’s name, address, and project name. Complete plans, specifications, and instructions to bidders are available for review and may be obtained with a refundable deposit for each set. Attendance at the pre-bid meeting by a representative of each prime contractor is strongly encouraged.
