Includes, but is not necessarily limited to Installation of new redundant steam to domestic hot water heat exchangers (pre-purchased under separate contract by owner, cost of heat exchangers NIC) at each of the West Housing Units (Housing Units 1 through 5) and utility tie ins, Installation of new domestic hot water heaters and heating water boilers at two (2) East housing units Calhoun and Dickinson and associated pumps and utility tie ins. 5% Bid Security Required.
