Question Deadline 10/02/2025- All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents are to be submitted to Engineer in writing. Questions received less than seven days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered. Inquiries and questions should be directed to brian.rubel@tetratech.com The Project, of which the Work under the Contract Documents is a part, is generally described as follows: Miscellaneous concrete and masonry repairs. Bids shall be on a unit cost basis. The purchaser must supply the telephone number and email address along with street address of the individual or firm to whom addenda (if any) can be directed. The Drawings and Project Manual under which the Work is to be done are on file and may be examined at the Engineering Department in the Administration Building of the Wastewater Treatment Plant; and at the office of the ENGINEER, Tetra Tech, Inc., 1136 Oak Valley Drive, Suite 100, Ann Arbor, Michigan 48108. A Bid Security in the form of a certified check, bank check, or Bid Bond for a sum not less than five percent (5%) of the amount of the Bid will be required with each Bid. YCUA reserves and has the right, in YCUA's sole discretion: to reject or accept any bid/proposal, including without limitation, a non-conforming, not-responsive, unbalanced, incomplete or conditional bid/proposal; to waive any failure to comply with or fully satisfy the requirements of bid specifications or the specifications of a request for proposal; to extend the time for filing a bid or proposal; to reject the bid/proposal of any bidder/proposer if YCUA believes it would not be in the best interest of the project or YCUA to make an award to that bidder/proposer; to reject the bid or proposal of any bidder/proposer whom YCUA finds, after reasonable inquiry, to be non-responsible; to waive all informalities not including price, time or changes in the work; or, to negotiate contract terms with the apparent successful bidder/proposer. ENGINEER will transmit to all prospective Bidders of record such Addenda as ENGINEER considers necessary in response to questions arising at the conference.
