As of November 5, 2025, the Maclay Project is undergoing bid review, additional details are not available at the moment. Construction is scheduled to begin January 2026 and be completed January 2027. **The owner has determined a prequalified list of design build companies. A timeline for the award has not yet been established.** The scope of work consists of widening MacClay Street, designing and constructing a new retaining wall, constructing approximately 250 LF of sidewalk, curb & gutter, AC pavement, 4 new curb ramps, relocation of existing power pole, street light, & striping work.
