Renovation of a library in Roxbury, Connecticut. Completed plans call for the renovation of a library.
For the removal of the current Furnaces and installation of new Furnace All Requests for Information must be received no later than 5:00pm September 26, 2025 by Patrick Roy at Proy@roxburyct.com Addenda will be issued no later than 4:00pm September 30, 2025 The Town intends to award the Contract on or around October 31, 2025 and to issue a notice to proceed shortly thereafter the successful Contractor will be required to furnish Performance and Payment (Labor and Material) Bonds, each in an amount equal to one hundred percent (100%) of the contract price, as security for the faithful performance and payment of all the contractors obligations under the contract documents.
