The description and location of the project is as follows: This is a partial Design Build roadway project. Design activities are limited to: Scupper and downspout drainage system. For the bridge preservation, roadway approach reconstruction, drainage, curb and sidewalk, barrier, highway lighting, signing and pavement markings, delineation, and other miscellaneous construction, all within a length of 3,739.14 linear feet (0.708 miles) as indicated on the approved drawings included in the bid package for State Route 2114, Section A05 (Mckeesport Duquesne Bridge), in Allegheny County, Cities of Mckeesport and Duquesne, Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. This project being situated as follows: From a point approximately 450 feet south of the intersection with Center Street/South Linden Street at State Route 2114 Segment 0030 Offset 0963/State Route 837 Segment 0263 Offset 2003 (Station 395+00) to a point approximately 400 feet south of the Bowman Ave overpass at State Route 2114 Segment 0010, Offset 0658 / Segment 0011, Offset 0834 (Station 54+59).
