The Steel Rivers Council of Governments (SRCOG) on behalf of The City of Duquesne invites you to submit a response to this Request for Qualifications (RFQ) to conduct a Wayfinding Study within the City with the goal of producing a Wayfinding Aids Design, placement plan, and budget for installation. Further details are outlined below. SRCOG and the City of Duquesne will select a team or firm to provide the services outlined in this document. Wayfinding aids design costs are not to exceed $40,000. Summary The Steel Rivers Council of Governments (SRCOG) on behalf of the City of Duquesne seeks qualifications to provide planning and design services for conducting a Wayfinding Study throughout the City of Duquesne, PA. This project is funded by the Redevelopment Authority of Allegheny County (RAAC) through the Active Allegheny Grant Program. SRCOG is working as the agent for Duquesne and will act as project manager. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
