The City Reserves the Right to Reject Any or All Bids, to Waive Any Informality in Bidding and/or Accept the Bid Deemed Most Advantageous to the City. For the Following Work: Neshotah Park Restroom Renovation Project The City of Two Rivers Parks and Recreation Department is Seeking Bids From Qualified Contractors for the Renovation of the Interior of the Neshotah Park Restroom Building Located at 2111 Pierce St. Near the Intersection of 22nd St. And Pierce St. (This is Not the Neshotah Beach Bathhouse.) This Project Will Modernize the Facility, Improve Accessibility, and Enhance Energy and Water Efficiency. The Improvements Will Benefit Park Visitors by Providing a Safe, Comfortable, and Environmentally Responsible Restroom Facility That Meets Current Accessibility Standards. Bids All Bids Shall Be Presented in a Sealed Envelope or Emailed and Addressed to Mike Mathis, Director of Parks and Recreation, City of Two Rivers and Plainly Marked "Neshotah Park Restroom Renovation Project". The Name of the Bidder Shall Appear on the Outside of the Envelope or in the Subject Line.
