The City of Toledo, Division of Water Distribution is seeking a qualified contractor to provide labor, equipment and material to repair concrete and asphalt cuts following the repair or water mains and services located outside the limits of the City of Toledo. Prevailing Wages are required for this project. It is the obligation of a contractor or subcontractor to make payment in accordance with the prevailing wage determinations. Current prevailing wage rates may be found on the Division of Purchases and Supplies. Bid Guaranty requirements are located on the "Bid Information" tab Bid Detail section. The bid guaranty shall be in the form of a cashier's check/official check on a solvent bank or a bid bond. If using a check as the bid guaranty, the check must be received by the Division of Purchases and Supplies no later than the due date and time to be deemed responsive.
