The work is likely to include, but may not be limited to, roof repairs and/or replacement, cleaning and replacement of weatherproofing, repair/replacement of flashings, tuckpointing and masonry repairs, removal and replacement of caulking, repair/replacement of doors and windows/glazing, and the repair/replacement of skylights. The emphasis is expected to be on roofs. The time for Substantial Completion of all Work is 90 consecutive days from the Notice to Proceed.
