The City of Toledo DPU/ Environmental Services is advertising for the work for which proposals are invited consists of, but is not limited to, site clearing and grubbing, earthwork, stream restoration with grade controls and bank stabilization, landscaping and site restoration. If using a check as the bid guaranty, the check must be received by the Division of Purchases and Supplies no later than the due date and time to be deemed responsive. The successful bidder shall submit certified payrolls to the City for all labor performed on the project on a bi-weekly basis or such other basis as determined by the Division of Contract Compliance. The current schedule assumes that work will commence after October 1, 2025, and restoration plantings will be conducted as soon as appropriate based on species, site conditions, and permit requirements, but no later than Summer 2026. Any additional plantings, postconstruction maintenance/monitoring work, and potentially small follow-up projects might be needed in summer/fall of 2026. The awarded bidder will adhere to the Period of Establishment as posted in the Plans and Technical Specifications posted with this RFQ.
