The contractor is to provide labor, equipment, and material per the attached SOW, Specs, and Drawings to perform the work per the above-referenced project. Bid Note : Bids which are received after the time and date stated above will not be considered, and any bid so received after the scheduled closing time and date mentioned above shall be returned to the submitting firm unopened. For electronically submitted bids, the date and time listed in the Outlook Inbox for the above-referenced email address will be the official date and time of when a bid was received. Contract time: 120-150 days The completion deadline will be extended if delays are caused by inclement weather for a period of time equal to that weather delay. Liquidated damages in the amount of $250.00 per working day shall be deducted from Contractor's estimate if the work is not completed prior to the expiration of the time limits specified above or of all extensions granted by County. Pueblo County reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids, waive any irregularities or informalities.
