The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), Mobile District, is conducting market research to identify qualified Small Business, HUBZone, 8(a), Service-Disabled Veteran Owned, and Women Owned Small Business firms capable of providing Architect-Engineer (AE) Services under an anticipated Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract. The contract will support survey and mapping services for Military, Civil, and IIS Programs within the Mobile District Area of Responsibility (AOR), with potential worldwide operations for various federal agencies and departments. Required AE services include GPS and conventional topographic surveying and mapping, geodetic control surveying, boundary surveying, terrestrial laser scanning, hydrographic surveying using single and multibeam systems, high-accuracy dam deformation monitoring surveys, aerial imagery, and airborne LiDAR. Firms must have, either in-house or through partners/sub-consultants, disciplines such as Project Manager, Professional Land Surveyors, Party Chiefs, CADD Specialist, Photogrammetrist, GIS Analyst, GIS Developer, Database Administrator, and Lidar Specialist. The anticipated contract value is $99,000,000 over five years. Respondents must demonstrate capability to manage and execute at least four task orders of $2,000,000 each simultaneously and provide past performance on five relevant projects completed within the last five years. The Method of Contractor Selection has not been determined at this Time.
