Site work and new construction of a transportation facility in Mobile, Alabama. Completed plans call for the construction of a 140,000-square-foot, one-story above grade transportation facility.

The work consists of the following improvements: · Terminal Completion: Interior fit-out of 140,000 SF terminal building, including interior framing, MEP, and finish work. Also includes completion of the apron level construction, including masonry, framing, basic finishes, MEP systems and minor structural modifications. Terminal completion also includes installation of exterior façade finishes comprised primarily of Exterior Insulation and Finish Systems. · Central Utility Plant: Includes installation of all equipment, piping, electrical and HVAC work necessary to complete the utility plant. Work also includes the installation of hydronic piping between the utility plant and other airport buildings.
