Contractors must accommodate homeowners, be considerate of their time and families, and appointments are encouraged and preferred. All participating contractors must have a verified application, including required documentation and credentials, on file with the Community & Housing Development Office. Only contractors who have completed the application/verification process and have met in person with the program inspector will have their bids considered.
