Sealed bids are invited from qualified general contractors for the RSA Mobile Properties Package No. 10 in Mobile, Alabama. Bid documents can be accessed digitally for an administrative fee or with a deposit for physical copies. The award is restricted to competent and responsible bidders licensed under Title 34 of the Code of Alabama, with appropriate documentation required on the bid envelope.
