Sealed bids are invited for furnishing all labor, materials, and performing all work for the 2026 Annual Contract for Cured-In-Place Pipe Rehabilitation of the Public Portion of Sanitary Sewer Laterals. Bids must be submitted on standard forms provided in the contract documents. Envelopes must be sealed and labeled with the contract number, project name, and the bidder’s Alabama State Contractor's License Number and discipline. A bid guarantee of at least 5% of the bid amount, not exceeding $10,000, in the form of a certified check, bid bond, or irrevocable letter of credit acceptable to the Board, is required. The Board reserves the right to reject any and all bids and waive any informality in the bids received. Additional requirements for bidders are included in the contract documents.
