Fire protection system services contract for the VA Sierra Nevada Health Care System (VASNHCS), covering maintenance, repair, testing, and inspection of systems including suppression, sprinklers, dampers, wet and dry standpipes, fire pumps, and related components. The contractor shall provide all necessary personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and services to ensure compliance with The Joint Commission (TJC) standards, National Fire Protection Association (NFPA) codes, and applicable federal and state regulations. Services include scheduled preventive maintenance, emergency repairs, and inspections at specified intervals (quarterly, semi-annual, annual, tri-annual, and five- to six-year cycles). Specific systems covered include Ansul, Novec/FM200, Preaction, and standpipe systems, as well as fire and smoke dampers across multiple buildings. All work must be performed by qualified personnel and documented in accordance with TJC and NFPA standards. Contractors must comply with VASNHCS policies, including security, parking, and COVID-19 protocols. The contract includes a base year and four option years. Location: VA Sierra Nevada Health Care System, 975 Kirman Avenue, Reno, NV 89502. All Questions Must Be Submitted Within 5 Days of Rfq Close.
