**As of December 11th, this project has been awarded to B.R.W. Contracting, Inc for $1,975,722.50.** The project is within the jurisdiction of the Southwest Florida Water Management District (SWFWMD), Florida Department of Environmental Protection (FDEP), and the United States Army Corps of the Engineers (USACE). The proposed project includes a proposed 10-foot MultiUse Path (MUP) along the south side of Jasmine Boulevard from US 19 to Little Road in Port Richey, Pasco County, Florida. The proposed MUP crosses a Double Hammock Creek with ultimate outfall to Gulf of Mexico. Wetland impacts will be less than 0.009 acres at the cross-drain extension at Sta 116+40. This memorandum and the construction plans demonstrate that this project will not create adverse impacts to surface waters upstream or downstream of the project area. The Pasco County Board of County Commissioners invites vendors to submit a bid to construct an 8-foot-wide asphalt multi-use path, extending approximately 2.2 miles along the south side of Jasmine Boulevard from US 19 to Little Road, as per the listed specifications.
