Question Deadline 10/15/2025 at 3:00 PM ET emailed to Sal Licari at s.licari@cityofportrichey.gov The City of Port Richey Community Redevelopment Agency (PRCRA) is seeking proposals from qualified professionals who have proven experience to design landscape plans for U.S. 19 median green spaces starting at the bridge where Catches Waterfront Grille (7811 Bayview St, Port Richey, FL 34668) is located, north to the end of the first median north of Ridge Road. Landscape redesign of the three triangular green space areas, which include the intersection of Grand Blvd. and Washington Street with U.S. 19, will also be included. The purpose of this request for proposals (RFP) is to provide information to prospective consultants detailing the City's desired services and deliverables, the expectations relative to consultant qualifications, and the proposal content. This information is intended to enable consultants to design the US 19 median corridor for the City of Port Richey
