Owner seeks contractor familiar with ADUs/tiny houses to assist in identifying the most cost-effective solutions to achieve her goal. Bids may be submitted on the form provided by the Housing Forward, or an alternate form, but you must enter a total cost estimate for each task itemized on the scope of work. Signatures must be in long hand by a principal duly authorized to sign contracts. The owner reserves the right to reject all bids. The ideal bid will be between $100K-$150K. Owner is open to prefab units. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. All scope of work changes will be signed by the Contractor and the Owner and approved by the County. Due to funding limitations, Owner reserves the right to delete any item on the work writeup and deduct the amount bid for that item from the base bid. For this reason, profit and overhead should be added to each item individually rather than as a single line item. Please specify any required bid additions or costs.
