City of Elkins will accept sealed bids for demolition and reclamation of two (2) structure within the city. No bid shall be withdrawn for a period of (90) days after the time of the bid opening without the consent of the City of Elkins. The City of Elkins reserves the right to reject any and all bids and waive any irregularity therein. Disconnect and cap all ulity lines, including electric, gas, water, and sewer. 2. Raze exisng structure and remove all construcon materials and debris from site. 3. Remove all loose debris, liter, trash, refuse, overgrowth, etc. from lot area. 4. Dispose of all debris and materials in an environmentally safe and acceptable manner. Contractor shall maintain records and provide proof for disposal of materials by providing weigh receipts and names of disposal sites. 5. Back fill all disturbed areas as may be necessary to restore and to match to original grade. 6. Rake area smooth, seed with lawn grass, and mulch with straw. 7. All work to be done under the jurisdicon of City Code Enforcement. 8. Call Miss Ulity 811 before demolion begins.
