The New York State Office of Mental Health is seeking qualified contractors to perform Mill and fill paving at the Central New York Psychiatric Center located at 9005 Old River Road, Marcy, NY 13403. The work includes milling roadways, repair underlayment, and pave in select spots throughout at CNYPC. Contingent on funding and order of importance, please refer to maps attached.
