Renovation of a municipal facility in Union City, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 5,736-square-foot, one-story above grade municipal facility.
As of November 21, 2025, the project has been awarded to Dynasty Construction Unlimited, Inc. - GC - $504,700.00 Electrical & Mechanical Systems, Inc. - EC - $34,170.00 with the total awarded amount of $538,870. The bid is for the Renovations for Union Township Building which includes General Construction, Plumbing, HVAC and Electrical work. All bids shall be submitted as a lump-sum amount for work under a general contract. Bids shall not be withdrawn for a period of 120 days after time designated for receipt of bids. Bid Security in the amount of 10% of the bid must accompany each Bid. The successful bidder shall be required to furnish and pay for satisfactory Performance and Labor and Material Payment Bonds for 100% of the contract amount and a Maintenance Bond in the amount of 10% of the contract amount. Contractors will be required to pay a minimum of the Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Rates to all workers on these projects. The owner is not required to accept the lowest bid proposal received and reserves the right to accept or reject any and all bids, and to waive any informalities in the bids.
