The project includes selective demolition of walls, flooring, and ceilings; construction of new partition walls for offices; installation of new wall coverings, floorings, trims and millwork, ceilings, lighting, and doors; addition of a LULA elevator and shaft; and HVAC upgrades, including VAV boxes with terminal reheat.
