The PORT is seeking technical consultant experts to ensure compliance with specific maintenance requirements on new airport facilities and systems. These consultants will work with the PORT Aviation Maintenance Capital Liaison team to provide maintenance technical expertise to various capital project teams (e.g. project managers, design & construction teams) to ensure long-term maintainability requirements are included in the new facilities being built at Seattle-Tacoma International Airport (SEA). The fee for this Agreement is not to exceed (NTE) $1,900,000 for the duration of the Agreement. This includes the one (1) year plus three (3) optional years. Negotiation Kickoff Meeting (w/selected firm) October 15, 2025, 11:00 AM PT The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time The PORT intends on issuing one (1) Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract as a result of this solicitation. The initial period of performance of any Agreement resulting from this solicitation is expected to be one (1) year.The PORT may include options to extend for three (3) optional years. The PORT does, however, reserve the right to modify the schedule as circumstances warrant.
