The work under this Contract consists of furnishing all tools, equipment, materials, incidentals, superintendents, subcontractor coordination and overhead to perform for testing, monitoring, inspection, and abatement of hazardous materials at a specific site primarily for the Wastewater Treatment Division. Various King County facilities located throughout Washington, primarily for the Wastewater Treatment Division. Bid Guaranty: Not less than five percent (5%) of the Total Bid Price This on-call contract shall be used in response to emergency and non-emergency situations and for testing, monitoring and abatement as part of a construction project or a stand-alone work order. Work orders shall typically include lead, asbestos, heavy metals, mold, and sewer related hazards. Depending on the scope of work issued associated subcontractors and simultaneous crews may be required. The work performed under this Contract shall not exceed $300,000 and the initial Contract Time shall not exceed 365 calendar days from the date of Contract Execution by the County. SCS Utilization Requirements . 5% minimum requirement for King County Certified Small Contractors and Suppliers (SCS) for the total price of all executed Work Orders King County is not responsible for any costs incurred in response to this Invitation to Bid. Not-to-Exceed Contract Price: $300,000.00
