The contractor shall provide equipment and crew to cut down and remove trees on Dobbins ARB. Services shall include stump and perimeter root removal by completely cutting and grinding all growth to a minimum of 8 inches below grade. Stumps must begin to be ground within three workdays of the tree removal date. Trees and all stump-grinding debris shall not be allowed to accumulate and must be completely removed from the base upon completion of tree removal work at each site. The contractor shall backfill with topsoil, compact, and match existing grades. All trees and shrubbery to be removed shall have identifiable markings such as tape, ribbon, or paint. Period of Performance: All work including clean-up completed within 90 Calander days after receipt of award
